The server and supporting curbstone brick machine equipment must be fixed with anchor bolts to ensure safe production; after the installation is completed, check the anchor bolts at each position one by one, and tighten them in time if there is any looseness; according to the power supply of the equipment, the power plug and automatic switch are equipped; after completing all the new projects, conduct a unified inspection again to confirm that there are no tools left inside the curbstone brick machine equipment, and then carry out the empty machine test run. After the empty machine runs for 10 minutes, only start the loading operation.
Correct and standardized operation can extend the service life of large-scale curbstone brick machines and reduce the frequency of mechanical failures. Therefore, the technical operation specifications of concrete hydraulic brick machines are: start the hydraulic brick equipment, install all protective covers and floor covers, and pull warning lines; check the wire connectors of motors, electrical cabinets and other electrical parts to prevent leakage and short circuit faults; set up danger signs around motors and main switches, and it is strictly forbidden to stand up or approach to prevent accidents; if the curbstone brick making equipment operates abnormally, high-frequency vibration noise or other abnormal phenomena occur, the emergency stop button should be pressed immediately, and then the power should be turned off for fault inspection and elimination; when producing, start the server first, and then restart the material feeding mechanism, otherwise it is easy to cause equipment failure due to overload.
