Recently, the HP-1200T rotary static press production line of the brick-making machine series of QGM Co., Ltd. has been shipped to the Northeast region to help the infrastructure construction in the Northeast region. The remaining supporting facilities of the production line have also been shipped to the customer site and have officially entered the installation and commissioning stage.

It can exert huge pressure on the brick material, so that the produced bricks have high density, enhance the compressive strength of the bricks, and improve their anti-freeze and anti-seepage properties, ensuring the stability and durability of the bricks in various harsh environments. It is suitable for products with special strength requirements such as permeable bricks and ecological bricks. The rotary table seven-station design is adopted, and the seven stations can operate at the same time, which greatly improves the production efficiency. This design enables each link in the brick making process to be closely connected to achieve fast and continuous production.
